Jalana White Earns All-NWC Honors

Junior Jalana White was named to the All-Northwest Conference Second Team, as announced by the league office on Tuesday. She finished the season with 300 kills, which was the second-most in the conference, and averaged 3.33 kills per set, which was the third best in the NWC.

White led the team with 343 points, which averaged out to 3.81 points per set. She recorded 13 solo blocks to lead the team this season and her 0.57 blocks per set was second on the team. White's 22 kills in the season opener against Trinity (TX) were a career-high, which she matched later in the season in the Bucs' upset over then-No. 13 UPS.

The Post Falls, Idaho native had eight double-doubles this season, seven of which came against a conference opponent. Starting in all 23 matches for the Pirates, White led the team in kills on 15 occasions and had a game-high number of kills 11 times.
